Two broth authentic style Japanese Ramen (pork & chicken meat broth), shiitake & kombu dashi, aged tamari tare base, topped with rice ramen noodles, pork Chashu (braised pork belly) cooked in a tamari/mirin/sake marinade with Harding hill maple syrup) ajitsuke tamago (24 hour marinated soft boiled egg), braised Bok Choy, kombu strip and Nori flakes. Gluten, dairy and nut free. Vegetarian option available (dashi, eggs and bok choy cooked separate from meat)
