Hoptimystic Brewing is in the planning phase of the brewery build out. The brewery will consist of a 2400 sq ft tasting room and wood fired pizza restaurant on the first floor and brewing operations in the basement. Seating is planned for approximately 60 guests indoors.
There will be a patio / beer garden outside for guests to enjoy during the warmer months. Hoptimystic is committed to providing Bow residents and visitors a gathering place where they can enjoy great beer and food in an atmosphere that will leave them ready for another visit!
Hoptimystic received site plan approval from the Bow planning board. They are actively working to get construction started. Just because you don't see construction equipment on site doesn't mean they are not making progress!!! Stay tuned for the most up to date info on this exciting project in Bow!!!
